k g asked: My dad does construction and his company briefly worked on a restaurant that was suppose to have been owned by a young white male who played for the Cubs (could have been triple A only) and possibly lived or grew up in the Los Angeles area. It is suppose to be on Ventura BLVD in Woodland Hills, California. It is suppose to serve all kinds of different foods, not a Chicago style restaurant.
Long shot, but maybe someone has come across the information sometime. 10 points to that person.
Thanks.

amr a asked:
A friend of mine has a restaurant and his commercial lease ended, can he take all the construction such as hot table, sinks, etc… or he leaves it to the landlord?
Also , When he leased the restaurant there was no construction what so ever, and he put all the construction to start the business

Critical_rationalist asked: why let ANY business fail? All businesses employ people who spend their paychecks, and all businesses have suppliers that depend on them, and if you add up the employees and suppliers for every failed restaurant, construction company, clothing store, day care center, etc you’ll get as many or more employees than GM and the big banks.
So why should the government pick some winners and let everyone else fail?

Sebastian asked: I am getting my aerospace degree, in the US, and i was wondering what other companies need engineers. I was thinking of working abroad maybe in europe, UK maybe.
I just want to know other companies or TYPES OF COMPANIES (i.e. restaurants, banks, Construction) that i can apply with for a job as an aerospace engineer.
Yes i know my example make no sense as to a company that needs an aerospace engineer, it’s just there to show what i mean by TYPE.

His hands get so dirty looking and we tried so many products from stores, catalogs, online etc… even after they are washed and scrubbed – they look dirty. He’s embarrassed to eat at a restaurant or have dinner at a friends. What can he do to get them clean looking?

Brian B asked:
I already own the 9 acres that is zoned for Commercial Business.
What I need now is the advise/assistance or whatever it takes to follow through with my plan of opening a 24-hr convenience store with restaurant, car wash, etc.. I need details for funding, design, construction, suppliers, etc.. I am also retiring from the military in the next 2 years so if this can help my chances with franchise fees or start-up costs, I’m more than willing to play that card. Anyone with advise would be greatly appreciated.

Princess K asked:
Are there any laws regulating how restaurants have to have booths with rubber or vinyl lining at the bottom (touching the floor) to prevent food particles from going in? If so, does anyone know which laws/codes?
